SPIRITUAL DIRECTION...
is having confidential conversations that deepen your spirituality. I companion you on your journey to find answers to the questions about how to live spiritually in a world of ambiguity and distraction; when your find yourself in a place where what you've been taught about "God" no longer matches your experience of "God, Soul, Energy, Creator or Higher Power;" whatever name YOU call it.
Similar to changing beliefs about Santa Claus, or the Easter Bunny, Spiritual Direction is figuring out together how to navigate the shifts and changes in your life. The life you were created to live and love in this world of sometimes great suffering.
Spiritual Direction is a listening ministry.
HOW DOES THAT WORK?
We get together, either face to face or by Zoom for a free introductory meeting to talk and see if I can provide what you need.
Everyone wants and needs to be heard, to know that their story has worth in the greater scope of the Universe.
I believe that we are far more connected in our shared existence to our world, and each other than we ever thought possible! We were meant to elevate one another through love, grace, and respect.
Having been trained to diligently listen to your story, I hold a safe, non-judgmental space for you as together we explore your journey and sacred connections on your path to you inner Holy Wisdom.
